50th anniversary of FES Zambia in 2018

In 2018, the FES Zambia celebrates its 50^th anniversary. Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung opened its first office in Zambia in the mid-sixties, shortly after independence, and has since then pursued its vision to promote the core ideas and values of social democracy in Zambia – freedom, justice and solidarity.


Due to this meaningful anniversary, our foundation is planning to have a celebration during the course of the year.
