Image: Creator: FES In its continuous efforts to promote Gender Justice in the Trade Unions, The Friedrich Ebert Foundation in partnership with the Zambia Congress of trade Unions, organized a roundtable workshop which was a platform for reflections on leadership & the evolution of gender justice in the trade union movement. Additionally, it gave insight into Women’s leadership and the importance of amplifying women’s voices in union spaces. The workshop outlined the role of male allies in advancing gender equality and inclusion. It was agreed that there is great importance in strengthening partnerships and advocacy for gender justice through collaboration between unions and civil society.
