The Workers' Manifesto outlines the aspirations and priorities of Zambia's workers as the country looks beyond the August 2026 General Elections. It serves as a call for policies that promote decent work, fair labour practices, social protection and inclusive economic growth while strengthening the protection of workers' rights. Through this initiative, ZCTU and FES Zambia continue to promote dialogue and advocacy aimed at ensuring that the voices of workers remain central to national development and policy discussions.
